Soy pancake recipe= 2 eggs, 1/3 cup soy powder, 1/3 cup water, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon pizza seasoning, 2 oz parmesan cheese---Beat eggs and water together then beat in soy powder and salt to consistency of pancake batter. Pour half into a hot skillet with oil and fry like a pancake till browned and cooked through.

Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of pizza sauce to top of cake them add favorite cheeses and meat toppings, olives, mushrooms etc. you can put skillet lid over top and heat throughly till cheese is melted or bake in oven as desired. Makes two personal size pizzas. This recipe gets rave compliments from Matt who is a True pizza lover!

2 for pizza sauce

1 per ounce of cheese

2-3 for veggie toppings
