Cook up one soy pancake (see pizza recipe for how) and set aside. Brown and cook throughly burger and then add some salsa to the meat for that mexican flavor. Top your soy pancake with burger mix, lettuce, lots of cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired. Add chopped tomato and green onions and olives.


Carbs= 1 per ounce of cheese

2 for soy pancake

3-4 for lettuce, tomato, green onions depending on how much you put on

1 per ounce of sour cream
