CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 cup equivilant sugar substitute (I use Sugar
Twin)
1 packet geletin
1 square bakers chocolate
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup cream
1 teas vanilla
Place water in a microwave-proof bowl
and empty geletin over water and allow to soften. Stir to mix and add the
chocolate square. Place in microwave and cook 1-2 minutes depending on
your machine to melt the chocolate and stir the mixture.
In a seperate bowl, blend the cottage
cheese,vanilla, sugar substitute, and cream till smooth. Add the chocolate
mixture and stir to mix. Place in fridge and allow to set up. Mixture
will be mousse-like in texture.
Total carbs = 48
Six servings= 8 carbs
